A vacancy has arisen for a housing caseworker to join the active and experienced team at Derbyshire Law Centre. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can start immediately, but will wait for the ideal person. The role is suitable for an experienced solicitor, legal executive or caseworker. ALS accreditation is an essential requirement.
The role requires a good knowledge of housing law. You must have a willingness to set up and take part in outreach sessions and undertake home visits, whilst being able to work with and advise the public by phone, virtually, in person or in writing.
This post is part of the Collective Management structure, who have day to day responsibilities for the running of the charity, therefore experience of day-to-day decision-making responsibilities would be advantageous.
