Want to find out more about what it’s like to work with us?

Matt joined us on a 12 week student placement in 2016 and went on to receiving funding from the Law Society’s Diversity and Access Scheme for his LPC whilst working part time with us as a Paralegal. Matt continued to work as he completed his Solicitor Training Contract and now with us as a Housing Solicitor.

Debt Caseworker (MaPS Funded)

Derbyshire Law Centre are a leading Law Centre providing specialist legal advice to communities across Derbyshire.  We are adaptive, innovative and energetic, with a collective management structure and multiple funding streams.

A vacancy has arisen within the debt unit, for an experienced caseworker to provide money and debt advice.  Ideally, the successful applicant will be able to start immediately but we will wait for the right person.  We are seeking applicants who have completed one of the MaPS approved Individual Quality Framework Learning Pathways and are a Debt Relief Order Intermediary.
