Derbyshire Law Centre have subscribed to:

Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising free donations for Derbyshire Law Centre with easyfundraising?

We have a donations box in reception at Derbyshire Law Centre, 1 Rose Hill East,
Chesterfield, S40 1NU. Please ask the receptionist for the donations box.
How will your donation help?
We are a not-for-profit organisation that is heavily reliant on grants and donations. Your support will be greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small.
What will £5.00 pay for?
£5.00 pay for lunch and travel expenses for a volunteer to spend a day in volunteering for the Law Centre.
What will £25.00 pay for?
£25.00 will pay for an hour of 1-2-1 budgeting support to help the family to keep a roof over their heads and having food on the table.
What will £50.00 pay for?
£50.00 will pay for our time and related casework support in preventing a family being evicted in County Court.
Fundraise for Derbyshire Law Centre
Wanted: Fundraising volunteers for Sheffield Legal Walk
We are looking for volunteers to help out in taking part in this year’s Sheffield Legal Walk. The volunteer fundraisers will be walking alongside staff, volunteers and Management Committee members to help us to raise funds for the UK’s charity, Access to Justice Foundation. The Access to Justice Foundation with then be distributed to help many Law Centres, Citizens Advice and independent advice agencies to provide free legal services for those who cannot afford to pay for social justice.
Sheffield Legal Walk is taking place on 24th June 2021, 5.30pm in Sheffield.
What will I get in return?
- What you get in return as a volunteer? If you can raise at least £100.00 you will get:
- Free T shirt
- Free face mask
- Goodies bag
- Certificate that you have successfully completed the walk.
