What we Do

What we Do

  • Carry out an assessment of needs including health & well-being for OAC's participants.
  • Check that the participant is living in appropriate & secure housing,
  • Benefits check,
  • Assist in accessing support to help with cooking, washing, dressing, communication, reading, managing finances and/or managing their mental health (where appropriate and meet eligibility requirements).
  • Support with current financial circumstances.

What we Don't Do

What we Don't Do

  • Cannot advise participants.
  • Cannot undertake Care Act assessments for those who are not participating on the OAC programme.
